Paris Hilton drew a lot of attention when she lent a helping hand to an entertainer in an Oompa-Loompa costume injured when the crowd rushed the stage.
The socialite was present at the performance by Jeff Beacher's Madhouse with three Oompa-Loompa characters in orange makeup and green hair, at Cameo nightclub in Miami.
Oompa-Loompa performer Robin Sherwood, who’s also friends with Hilton, badly cut his leg when the crowd suddenly rushed on to the stage.
Sherwood is in a desperate need of a kidney transplant and Hilton, her sister Nicky Hilton and her boyfriend David Katzenberg are supporting a foundation to aid the operation.
Mike Heller, lawyer of Talent Resources said Paris stayed back to make sure that Sherwood is okay.
"I was with Paris. Paris stayed back at the event when she heard that he was injured, to make sure he was okay,” People quoted Heller, as saying.
“She was very concerned with his health. She didn't leave until she knew that he was okay,” he added.
